When you are abroad, the ratio of bread, jam, butter and egg gets over the ratio of blood in your body!

    there are lot of other things...like Dunkin Donuts, Garlic Bread, Bagels, flavored yoghurt, fat free smoothies :)

    bas dhoka hua hai meray saath. mai tu sair karnay ai thi....ye kehtay hein parho :(

    aray kiya dry fruits yar...I have even stopped eating eggs. My nose is bleeding since I ve reached there. Dont know what happened to my nose in this coldest place :(
